What the app can see, and where it stays
To do its job, Sweeply reads file names, paths and sizes on your Mac and, when you connect one, on your iPhone or iPad. All of this scanning happens locally on your device. File names, file contents, paths and scan results are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or anyone else.
What we collect
- Nothing, by default. The app has no account system, no analytics SDK, and no tracking.
- License verification: if you activate Sweeply Pro, the app sends the email address you purchased with to our payment provider to confirm an active subscription. This is the only network request tied to you.
- Payments: purchases are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle collects the billing information needed to complete the transaction under Paddle's privacy policy. We never see your card details.
- Email: if you email us for support or refunds, we keep the correspondence to handle your request.
This website
sweeplymac.com serves static pages and sets no cookies. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on it.
Data retention and deletion
Since we hold no account data, there is nothing to delete inside the app. Purchase records are retained by Paddle as required for tax and accounting. To remove support correspondence, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on your residence (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA), you may have rights of access, correction, and erasure. Contact kartahmetserif@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
