Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
1. Who we are
Sweeply ("we", "us") provides the Sweeply application for macOS, which scans for and removes unneeded files on your Mac and on connected iOS devices ("the Service"). Contact: kartahmetserif@gmail.com.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Sweeply on Apple devices that you own or control. Sweeply is free to use, with no subscription or paid tier.
3. Your responsibility when deleting files
Sweeply shows you what it found and requires your selection before removing anything. By default, files are moved to the macOS Trash and can be restored. Permanent deletion (including Trash emptying, admin-privileged removal, and deletions on a connected iOS device) cannot be undone. You are responsible for reviewing selections before confirming a cleanup and for maintaining backups of important data.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service, or use it to interfere with systems you do not own or administer.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss resulting from files you selected for removal.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
