If Sweeply Pro isn't for you, email kartahmetserif@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase (first purchase or renewal) and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request one
- Send an email from, or mentioning, the address you purchased with.
- Include the word "refund" — that's genuinely all we need.
- Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
After 14 days
We can't refund past the 14-day window, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals — your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. If something is broken, email us anyway; we'd rather fix it.
EU & UK consumers
Your statutory withdrawal and consumer rights are unaffected by this policy and are honored by Paddle as merchant of record.
