If Sweeply Pro isn't for you, email kartahmetserif@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase (first purchase or renewal) and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request one

  1. Send an email from, or mentioning, the address you purchased with.
  2. Include the word "refund" — that's genuinely all we need.
  3. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

After 14 days

We can't refund past the 14-day window, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals — your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. If something is broken, email us anyway; we'd rather fix it.

Your statutory withdrawal and consumer rights are unaffected by this policy and are honored by Paddle as merchant of record.
